We went to market to fill this <br /> position, conducted interviews with five candidates and invited two back for second interviews. <br /> Following background and reference checks,we recommend Jenna Fabish for this position. <br /> Ms. Fabish has been working in the civil engineering field since 2006. Her tenure includes Assistant City <br /> Engineer for South St Paul, Senior Project Manager for Dakota County, and most recently Engineer 3 at <br /> Ramsey County. <br /> Ms. Fabish holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a Construction Management Minor,is a <br /> licensed Professional Engineer, and holds certifications in Construction Site Management and Design of <br /> Construction Stormwater Pollution Plan. <br /> Ms. Fabish will begin at step C of pay grade 5E.
