Continue, by motion, the request for a Conditional Use Permit to establish a PUD to the March 26, <br />2019, Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Background/Discussion <br />The applicant submitted updated plans on February 14, 2019, which <br />include a cul-de-sac and work to address some of the comments <br />from staff’s comment letter dated January 14, 2019, and the <br />feedback from the January 22, 2019, work session. <br /> <br />The applicant has also submitted a written extension request for all <br />four of the applications associated with the project.
