Prior to the motion to continue,the applicant would like to - CR 12 <br /> discuss the park dedication and trail easement recommendations <br /> as they further refine the plans. A representative from the Parks • <br /> Commission will be at the meeting. <br /> The applicant has also submitted a written extension request for y� <br /> all four of the applications associated with project.
