The <br />applicant has submitted the certifIcate of liability insurance and the fIre chief has reviewed <br />and approved the site plan. <br /> <br />Action Requested <br />Council motion approving a Display of Fireworks/Pyrotechnic Special Effects License for <br />the Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce and Melrose Pyrotechnics, Inc. to conduct a <br />pyrotechnic display at Lake Orono Park on July 4, 2005. <br /> <br />s: \ Council\J oan \Fireworks \PryoChamber.doc <br />
