<br />SPECIAL meeting of the Village Council <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />A Special meeting of the Village Council was held at <br />the Council room on Monday ~y 26th,19aO <br /> <br />Present- <br />, <br /> <br />Thomas .ii.Beck <br />L.LBishop <br />Geo.Cornelius <br />Joe Ludvik <br />W.F.Chadbourne <br /> <br />Pres. <br /> <br />Trustees <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />There were about Thirty Taxpayers and voters present <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by the president at <br />8 oClock P.lvi. <br />This BaXZB&ZZ84 k~xtkexfxea~ meeting was called by the <br />pres.for the purpose of allowing Toltz King & Day to <br />present Plans and Specifications for a complete Sewer <br />system for the iillage of Elk River.prepared at their <br />request.Mr.King being present to explain the details. <br /> <br />Considerable interest was taken in regard to the project <br />the general opinion being that the time had not arrived <br />:et to undertake the project. <br />l'flotion madE: by Trustee Bishop that action on said project <br />be postponed until the Regular meeting of the Council <br />to be held on ~onday June 2nd,lQ30 <br />Motion Seconded by ~ W.F.Chadbourne.Motion declared <br />carried by the Pres. <br /> <br />Tue matter of raising the level of sidewalk at the Alley <br />crossing on kain street at the corner of Davis Bros, <br />Store.was c~sidered.it being unsafe and dangerous for <br />pedestrians on account of the steps.
