<br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />April 18, 1974 at 2:00 PM~ <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />A Special Meeting of the Elk River City Council was called to order by Mayor Lundberg at <br />2:00 PM. in the Council Chambers of the City of Elk River for the purpose of opening <br />and considering bids for the Library Building Construction. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Lundberg and Councilmember Burke. <br /> <br />2:00 PM. the Mayor declared the receiving of bids closed. <br /> <br />Mayor Lundberg proceeded to open the bids for the construction of the Library Building <br />project. The following bids were received. SEE ATTACHED LISTING. <br /> <br />Mayor Lundberg declared that the bids would be awarded at a Special Meeting on April 30, <br />at 7:45 PM. for the PUrpose of awarding the bid on the Library project. <br /> <br />No further business the meeting adjourned at 2:35 PM. <br /> <br /> <br />
