Vint <br />Clarence Barnier <br />:5ob Hobbick <br />Joe Brickman <br />George Cowles <br /> <br />The following persons submitted letters requesting a review of the <br />estimated market valuations placed on their property: Donald & Joyce <br />Mansure, Lois Johnson, and Lloyd Barthel. <br /> <br />It was recommended by the Elk River City Council that no action be taken <br />regarding the requests for estimated market valuation reviews subm~tted <br />by the persons appearing before the review and those submitting letters <br />to the board. <br /> <br />Councilman Toth moved approval of the reduction of the estimated market <br />value for property owner, Ed Bialick, plat and parcel number 115-000-342475 <br />from $68,700 to $61,350. Councilman Duitsman seconded the motion. Motion <br />passed 3-0. <br /> <br />Councilman Duitsman moved approval of the reduction of the estimated market <br />value for property owner, Mel Boyd, plat and parc~~number 115-190-010010 <br />and Ken Dehn, plat and parcel number 115-190-010020 from $115,190 to $94,000. <br />Councilman Toth seconded the motion. Motion passed 3-0. <br />
