The <br /> underlying land use is Community Commercial and the zoning is Neighborhood <br /> Commercial, both consistent with other similar land uses and zoning in other areas of <br /> the City. <br /> Allina is interested in the property for the construction of a medical clinic. They have <br /> submitted an offer to the City Council for the purchase of the property and are <br /> negotiating with the Hartmans, owners of Lots 1 and 3 on either side. The medical <br /> clinic will require a rezoning (in process) to C3 Highway Commercial, as medical clinics <br /> • are not approved in the Neighborhood Commercial district.
