As property owners with 56 <br /> acres adjoining the north side of Co. Rd. #33, it is not our current intention to sub- <br /> divide our property, however we may decide to do so in the near future. <br /> We understand the wish of past city leaders to control the growth of the city, <br /> but we feel the restriction to 10 acre plots greatly reduces our capacity to realize the <br /> • full market value of our land. It would be our desire to have the area north of Co. <br /> Rd #33 zoned agricultural with a 2.5 acre minimum. <br /> Our property is located at 13261 Ranch Road N.W.
