JULY 2. 1984 <br /> <br />Members Present: Mayor Hinkle. Councilmembers Schuldt. Gunkel. ami.! Duitsman. <br />Councilmember Engstrom arrived at Item 113 <br /> <br />Members Absent: None <br /> <br />1. The meeting was called to order at 7: 30 p.m. by Mayor Hinkle. <br /> <br />2. Agenda <br /> <br />Mayor Hinkle asked that Item 7!r.- Consideration of Lundberg Building Parking <br />Requirements. Item 7~ - Consideration of John Dietz letter regarding ballfield <br />lighting be added to the agenda. that ItemsD. and E. be added to Item 8 regard- <br />ing the Council meeting calendar and cable television updates, and that Item 9~ - <br />Consideration of the Barthel Planned Unit Development COhcept be added to the agenda. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT MOVED THAT THE JULY 2, 1984. CITY COUNCIL AGENDA BE APPROVED <br />AS AMENDED. COUNCILMEMBER GUNKEL SECONDED. THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 3-0. <br /> <br />3. Minutes <br /> <br />Councilmembers asked that corrections to the June 18, 1984 City Council minutes be <br />made as foliliows: <br /> <br />Page 4, next to the last paragraph - landowner indicated should be George Dietz. <br />Page 6, Motion by City Council should reflect up to five years as a completion date <br />for phase two. <br />Page 7. a reference to the building addition being considered in the variance <br />proceedings being less than the 25% maximum, should in incorporated. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER ENGS1fROM MOVED TO APPROVE THE JUNE 18, 1984 CITY . COUNCIL MINUTES <br />AS AMENDED. COUNCILMEMBER GUNKEL. SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 4-0. <br /> <br />4 . Open Mike <br /> <br />No one appeared for this item. <br /> <br />5. Kuhn Easement Vacation <br /> <br />The City Administrator presented information to the City Council regarding sanitary <br />sewer concerns and right-of-way concerns discussed at the City Council's last con- <br />sideration of the Kuhn easement. The City Council agreed that the information pre- <br />sented definitely presented a different picture of the Kuhn easement than was pre- <br />sented at the last meeting and that the matter should be re-heard by the City <br />Council . <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT MOVED TO RE....HFAR AN EASEMENT VACATION REQUEST BY MR. . RON KUHN <br />FOR PROPERTY IN THE CIRClJE BAY ADDITION SHOWN AS OUTLOT A. COUNCILMEMBER ENGSTROM <br />SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 4-0. <br />
