The proposed building will be one story, <br /> decorative block earth tone building with a shingle roof. The building will be <br /> connected to municipal sewer and water. Access to the site will be via the <br /> existing driveway from Jackson Street. Parking will be provided in the <br /> existing lot located in front of the proposed building.
