The sale of this property <br /> is consistent with the Comprehensive plan in that it will allow for <br /> development of the property as outlined in the Comprehensive Land Use <br /> Map; allow for appropriate development of property zoned Neighborhood <br /> Commercial; allow for commercial development where it can be designed to <br /> be compatible with surrounding land uses; allow commercial development in <br /> an area that is serviced by municipal sewer and water. <br /> Recommendation <br /> It is recommended the Planning Commission concur that the sale of Lot 1, <br /> Block 1, Highway Commercial Addition will be consistent with the City's <br /> Comprehensive Plan. <br /> Attachments <br /> • Staff report dated May 26, 1998 <br /> III <br /> \\elkriver\sys\shrdoc\planning\scott\gp98-4.doc <br /> 13065 Orono Parkway • P.O.
