That <br /> application will be heard by the City Council on January 19, 1999, the same <br /> date that they review this application for the conditional use permit. <br /> The applicant will have two people licensed as massage therapists. The <br /> business will be open Monday - Thursday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday 9 a.m. to 6 <br /> p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Salon is a full service salon.
