The <br /> rezoning is the result of Resolution 94-91 which amended the Western Area <br /> Phase II Improvement Project, deleting Sandpiper Estates and Sandpiper <br /> Estates 2nd Addition at this time from the extension and assessment of city <br /> • utilities.
