Mr. Volkers' parcel is in the Rlb zoning district, which <br /> allows 1,200 square feet of attached and detached accessory structure area. <br /> Mr. Volkers currently has a 22' by 24' (484 square foot) attached garage. <br /> Therefore, 716 square feet remains for a detached accessory building. Mr. <br /> Volkers is proposing to construct a 26' x 36' (930 square feet) detached <br /> accessory building. A 220 square foot variance to the maximum size of an <br /> accessory building will be required. The building will be used to store Mr. <br /> Volkers' motor home and antique tractor and will have wood siding. <br /> • <br /> P.O.
