On December 20, 1993, the City Council approved a
conditional use permit for a commercial PUD on the entire 50 (plus or
minus) acre site. That conditional use permit included stipulations and
conditions that the entire PUD must comply with. In addition, a set of plans
referred to as the "Development Plan" was also approved as the concept plan,
which review of future site plans will be based upon. This development plan
package includes a site, landscaping, grading, setback, signage, and various
• written material all incorporated into a PUD Agreement, which will be
adopted by the City Council.
P.O.
