CU 93-13 <br /> The Planning Commission continued this item at two previous <br /> Planning Commission meetings because of an incomplete <br /> application. <br /> I recently had a conversation with Mr. Weicht relative to the <br /> status of this proposed project. Apparently, Mr. Weicht ' s <br /> option agreement with the property owner has expired; <br /> therefore, without the "fee owners" consent this application is <br /> no longer valid. <br /> Staff recommends the Planning Commission recommend denial of <br /> the conditional use permit request based on an incomplete and <br /> invalid application. <br /> • <br /> P.O.
