There is a <br /> map attached to this memo showing the affected property. <br /> OVERVIEW <br /> Mr. Gow is proposing to subdivide a 40 acre parcel creating 6 <br /> lots served by private septic and well . The 6 lots use 17 <br /> acres of the 40 acre parcel . A future development plan for the <br /> remainder of the 40 acres is shown but this should not be <br /> considered a preliminary plat review of those future lots . Mr. <br /> Gow is also requesting a variance on the maximum length of a <br /> dead-end road to construct a 1,235 foot road. <br /> LOT SIZES <br /> The property is zoned R-la/single-family residential . The <br /> minimum lot size required is 2 1/2 acres exclusive of <br /> • right-of-way; all of the lots meet this requirement.
