Ordinance 05-_ <br /> <br />Analysis <br /> <br />Section 30-1023: C-2 Office District <br /> <br />The C-2 zoning district allows single-family dwellings as a Conditional Use. The ordinance <br />indicates setbacks for Accessory Buildings in the C-2 district but Accessory Buildings are not <br />allowed. Staff is proposing to allow Accessory Buildings as a Conditional Use in the C-2 <br />district. <br />
