Sellon, Clerk <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING <br />April 22, 1941 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Town Board of Elk River Twp. met in special session at Camp Cozy to view the site of the <br />proposed road and act on petition for road. Upon examination of petition, legal descriptions were <br />found to be incomplete and inaccurate and petition was rejected. The proposed site was not viewed <br />as it was not clearly defined. General location of proposed road: <br /> <br />Running north across the NW ¼ of Sec. 31, Twp 33, R 26, and the W ½ of Sec. 30, Twp. 33, R. 26. <br /> <br />No further business the board adjourned <br /> <br />Kenneth E.
