Sellon, Clerk <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING <br />August 16, 1938 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Board of Town of Elk River, at request of T.J. Specht and E.W. Bernard, went to St. Paul and met <br />with Mr. Kipp of Highway Dept. in regard to crossover on E.W. Bernard road and T.J. Specht <br />private road. After a discussion with Mr. Kipp telling him Mr. T.J. Specht would give up his own <br />crossover if the other crossover was put on the line an aggreement \[sic\] was mapped out moving <br />crossing of E.W. Bernard road 100 ft closer to T.J. Specht road crossing to be a\[t\] right angles to <br />T.H. No. 10. <br /> <br />\[No note re: adjournment.\] <br /> <br />F.E. Sellon <br />Clerk <br />
