Posted notices of hearing on Hipsag petition. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING <br />July 17, 1937 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Board of Town of Elk River met in special session at Court-house with all members present for the <br />purpose of the hearing on Frank Hipsag petition Frank Hipsag and S.R. Houlton appeared before <br />board. Frank Hipsag asked to withdraw his petition as he and Mrs. Houlton had made an <br />aggreement \[sic\] to keep the road open. <br /> <br />The board granted the withdrawal of petition and no other action was taken by the board. <br /> <br />Board adjourned. <br /> <br />F.E.
