<br />ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING <br />May 3, 1937 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />A special meeting of the board was held at Court-house on Call of Chairman with all members <br />present for the purpose of considering application of Emily Roman’s application for permit to sell <br />non intoxicating malt liquor, but as there was some misunderstanding as to who had rented Orono <br />Cabin Camp, Mr. Miller appeared and stated it was rented to Mr & Mrs. Art Roggatz who presented <br />a petition for permit to sell non intoxicating malt liquor which was granted. They reimburseing \[sic\] <br />Mrs. Roman for the special meeting. <br /> <br />No other business board adjourned. <br /> <br />F.E. Sellon <br />Clerk <br />
