<br />PROCEEDINGS OF THE ANNUAL TOWN MEETING <br />TOWN OF ELK RIVER <br />March 11, 1913 <br /> <br /> <br />Town election was held in the Town Clerk’s office from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. <br /> <br />Judges of election duly qualified were: W.A. Fry, Chair of \[Board of\] Supervisors <br /> Gust Sund, Supervisor <br /> P.H. McNabb, Supervisor <br />Moderator: Fred Sacks <br />Clerk: F.W. Nickerson <br /> <br />At 2 P.M. the Annual Town Meeting was held, and the amount of three hundred ($300.00) dollars <br />was voted to be raised for the Revenue Fund and sixteen hundred dollars was voted to be raised for <br />the Road & Bridge Fund. <br /> <br />The Treasurer’s report was read, approved and accepted. The Clerk’s report was read, approved and <br />accepted. <br /> <br />At 5 P.M. The polls were closed, and on counting the votes it was found that: <br /> <br />Gust Sund having received a majority of all votes cast was declared elected Supervisor for 3 years, <br />and that P.H. McNabb having rec’d a majority of all votes cast was declared elected for 2 years for <br />Supervisor. <br />A.W. Tourtillotte having rec’d a majority of all votes cast was declared elected Treasurer for one yr. <br />F.W. Nickerson having rec’d a majority of all votes cast was declared elected Town Clerk for one <br />year. <br />O. Nelson having received a majority of all votes cast was declared elected Justice of Peace for one <br />year. <br />Harrison Anderson having rec’d a majority of all votes cast was declared elected Constable for 1 <br />year. <br /> <br />F.W.
