<br />ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING <br />March 22, 1916 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Present: W.A. Frye, Chairman; J.E. Bloomdahl and P.H. McNabb, Supervisors; <br />F.W. Nickerson, Town Clerk. <br /> <br />On motion W.A. Frye was elected Chairman for the ensuing year. <br />Oath and bond of Harry Hall for Town Clerk was filled \[sic\] and approved. <br />Oath and bond of E.G. Palmer, Town Treasurer, was approved and filled \[sic\]. <br />Oath and bond of J.E. Bloomdahl was filled \[sic\] with Town Clerk. <br /> <br />On motion the following bills were allowed: <br /> <br />P. Choinard Boarding John Ferrell $20.00 <br />F.W. Nickerson 1 day \[on\] board 2.00 <br />W.A. Frye 1 day \[on\] board 2.00 <br />P.H. McNabb 1 day \[on\] board 2.00 <br />J.E.
