<br />ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING <br />March 5, 1913 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The Town Board met at the Bank of Elk River as Board of Audit. <br /> <br />Present: \[Not listed\] <br /> <br />Town Treasurer A.W. Tourtillotte presented his books as such Treasurer, and, on comparison with <br />Town Clerk’s, books were found to be correct, and were ordered to be presented at the next Town <br />Meeting. <br /> <br />Road petition of F.W. Nickerson and others was presented and on motion March 12 was appointed <br />as day for Board to view the same. Road petition of L.J. Specht and others was presented and on <br />motion March 12 was appointed as day for Town Board to view \[prospective?\] route. <br /> <br />On motion the following bills were allowed: <br /> <br />W.A. Frye 2 days on board $4.00 <br />Gust Sund 3 days on board 6.00 <br />P.H. McNabb 2 days on board 4.00 <br />F.W. Nickerson 2 days on board 4.00 <br />S.M. Madson Hauling gravel 38.10 <br />W.A.
