Keen, Town Clerk <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING <br />March 2, 1909 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The Town Board met at the Town Clerk’s office on Tuesday, March 2, 1909. <br /> <br />Present: W.A. Frye, Chairman; Sam Glidden and Gust Sund, Supervisors; <br />A.H. Keen, Town Clerk. <br /> <br />This being the annual meeting of the Board of Auditors \[word missing?\] accounts for the past year. <br />A.W. Tourtillott, Town Treasurer, presented his report, which upon close examination and <br />comparison with the Clerk’s books was found correct. The Board then proceeded to cancel all <br />orders and make up there \[sic\] reports to be presented at the annual Town Meeting. <br /> <br />The following bills were presented and on motion allowed: <br /> <br />A.W. Tourtillott Treas. fees $22.00 R. F. \[Revenue Fund\] <br />A.H. Keen Clerk fees 3.65 R. F. <br />Gust Sund Supervisor fees 2.00 R. F. <br />Sam Glidden Supervisor fees 2.00 R. F. <br />W.A.
