Keen, Town Clerk <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING <br />October 20, 1908 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />th <br />The Town Board met at the Town Clerk’s office on the 20 day of Oct. 1908. <br /> <br />Present: Chas. E. Brown, Chairman; W.A. Frye and Frank Sandusky, Supervisors; <br />A.H. Keen, Town Clerk <br /> <br />This being the day to meet and allow the Aug. Pierie Cartway running acrost \[sic\] the Grarier’s 40 ac. <br />on the east side 2 roads wide. The damage claimed by G. Grarier was $15.00. The Board allowed the <br />amount claimed. <br /> <br />The following bills were presented and on motion allowed: <br /> <br />A.H. Keen Clerk fees $5.00 R. F. \[Revenue Fund\] <br /> <br />C.E.
