<br />ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING <br />April 4, 1908 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />th <br />The Town Board met at the Town Clerk’s office in the Village of Elk River at the 4 day <br />of April 1908. <br /> <br />Present: Chas. E. Brown, Chairman; W.A. Frye and Frank Sandusky, Supervisors; <br />A.H. Keen, Town Clerk <br /> <br />On motion it was desolved \[sic\] that Chas. E. Brown being as Chairman for ensuing year of the <br />Board. <br /> <br />On motion Erastus Morgan was appointed by the Board as Assessor for the year 1908. <br /> <br />On motion Wm. Dimich was appointed as Town Board Inspector for 1 year till Board sees fit to <br />discharge. <br /> <br />F.M. Sandusky was instructed to see to a certin \[sic\] bridge to have it moved and the cost of the <br />same. <br /> <br />The following bills were presented and allowed: <br /> <br />The Village of Elk River for grader, R. & B. \[Road and Bridge\], $37.50 <br />F.W. Nickerson, road work, R. & B., 50.00 <br /> $87.50 <br />F.M. Sandusky, 3 days on Board, Rev. F. \[Revenue Fund\], $6.00 <br />C.E. Brown, 3 days on Board, Rev. F., $6.00 <br />W.A. Frye, 4 days on Board, Rev. F., $8.00 <br />A.H. Keen, Clerk fees, Rev. F., $7.20 <br />N.D. Trumbull, Rent of hall, Rev.
