<br />VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING <br />September 7, 1905 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />At a special meeting of the Council held at the office of the Village Recorder, the following were <br />present: <br /> <br />Present: A.H. Nickerson, Pres.; H.B. Nickerson, Trustee; H.C. Hastings, Village Recorder. <br /> <br />rd <br />On motion it was voted to pay W.F. Chadbourne $600 on bridge contract, as per 3 estimate of <br />C.A.P. Turner Engineers. <br /> <br />On motion it was voted that the Recorder be authorized to draw village orders in favor of <br />Mr. Chadbourne on future estimates of work done on bridge contract from C.A.P.
