<br />VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING <br />June 10, 1905 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />At a special meeting of the Common Council held at Romdeune’s Drug Store, the following were <br />present: <br /> <br />Present: A.H. Nickerson, Pres.; H.B. Nickerson and J.H. Romdeune, Trustees; H.C. Hastings, <br />Village Recorder. <br /> <br />On motion it was voted to pay W.F. Chadbourne the sum of $400.00 on the estimate submitted by <br />rd <br />C\[illegible\] Engineering on June 3, 1905, on bridge contract. <br /> <br />The following resolution was by vote carried: <br /> <br />Resolved by the Common Council that the Village Treasurer be required to give an additional bond <br />of $10,000 by July 1, 1905. <br /> <br />On motion adjourned. <br /> <br />H.C.
