<br />VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING <br />July 18, 1905 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />At a special meeting of the Common Council, the following were present: <br /> <br />Present: A.H. Nickerson, Pres.; Justus deBooy and J.H. Romdeune, Trustees; H.C. Hastings, <br />Village Recorder. <br /> <br />On motion it was voted to pay Vrooman Bros. the sum of $162.30, it being the balance their due on <br />all cement sidewalk work on their contract of May 17, 1905, or otherwise. <br /> <br />On motion the following bills were allowed: <br /> <br />Geo. Youso, street work, $12.50 <br />N.D. Trumbull, work on sewer, $1.25 <br />Lee Sloback, reprg. sidewalk, $3.00 <br /> <br />On motion adjourned. <br /> <br />H.C.
