Called to order at 8:30. <br /> <br />Present: C.J. Scoboria, Pres.; Perry Clute and J.E. McBride, Trustees; H.B. Nickerson, Village <br />Recorder. <br /> <br />The following bills \[were\] allowed and orders drawn: <br /> <br />Wm. Dimmich, street work, $9.00 <br />John Jameson, street work, $9.00 <br />H. Hoff, street work, $1.50 <br />R. Bailey, street work, $4.50 <br />J. Clute, street work, $2.75 <br />Ben Whitcomb, street work, $1.50 <br />L. Pollard, street work, $6.00-35.25 <br />Order drawn to L. Pollard. <br />Frank T. White, attorney’s fee, $3.00 <br /> <br />On motion the matter concerning renting a cell from county commissioner for use of village at <br />$25 per year was laid on the table. <br /> <br />On motion Ordinance No. 49, relating to obstruction of streets or sidewalks, was adopted. <br /> <br />On motion Ordinance No. 50, relating to burning rubbish in streets, was adopted. <br /> <br />No further business, on motion adjourned. <br /> <br />H.B.
