<br />VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING <br />January 30, 1902 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Meeting called to order at 8 P.M. <br /> <br />Present: C.J. Scoboria, Pres.; Perry Clute and A.A. Opitz, Trustees; H.B. Nickerson, Village <br />Recorder. <br /> <br />Bill allowed and ordered drawn to Scoboria for money refunded to Henry Dewey, $10.00. <br /> <br />On motion Scoboria is authorized to construct or have constructed a bridge from ferry landing back <br />of Romdeune’s \[illegible\]. <br /> <br />On motion Ordinance No. 47 is unanimously adopted, relating to fixing license fee at fifteen <br />hundred dollars ($1500), and ordered published. <br /> <br />On motion Mr. Opitz was instructed to order four gasoline street lamps, 12 gaso. burners, ½ doz. <br />feeders. <br /> <br />No further business appearing, adjourned on motion. <br /> <br />H.B.
