Babcock as Recorder was presented and accepted. <br /> <br />The official bond of Andrew Davis as Village Treas. was presented and accepted. <br /> <br />The official bond of E.H. Davis as Justice of Peace in and for Village of Elk River was presented <br />and accepted. <br /> <br />Mr. Pollard’s designation as one of the board of Common Council of Village of Elk River was <br />accepted. <br /> <br />No further business, adjourned to meet Jan. 29 at H.S.
