TO TEE VILUGE <br />The Village Council of the Village of Elk River ordains as <br />follows: <br />Section 1. The following described real estate situated in the <br />County of Shelburne and State of Minnesota presently owned in fee simple <br />by the Village of Elk River (se -wage disposal plant site) and described a,, <br />follows, Wait: <br />That part of section 3, township 32 north, range 26 west, des- <br />cribed as follows: <br />Reginning at a point on the North line of said Section <br />3, HoOnt 1195.97 feet west of the northeast corner of <br />said section 3; thence at right angles south 0 degrees <br />0? minutes 30 seconds east 240 feet; thence south 77 <br />degrees 35 minutes crest,,409.47 feet; thnnee north 34, <br />degrees 52 minutes went 398.2 feet, more or less to <br />its intersection with the north line of said section <br />3; thence north 89 degrees 52 minutes 30 seconds east <br />along the north line of said section 3 a distance of <br />62? feet to tine point of beginning; <br />containing 3.51 acres, more or less, <br />abutting the corporate limits of the Village of Elk River no sane are <br />presently established_ L.s hereby annexed to and made a part of the <br />Village of Elk River and the corporate limits of the Village of Elk <br />River are hereby extended and enlarged so as to contain the aforedes- <br />cribed prenises within them pursuant to the terms and provisions of <br />Chapter 414.03, Sublivision 2, Minnesota Statutes Annotated. <br />Section 2.
