<br />VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING <br />July 13, 1891 <br /> <br />Council met pursuant to adjournment at eight o’clock p.m. <br /> <br />Present: CS. Wheaton, N.K. Whittman, D.R. Houlton, E.E. Bryant <br /> <br />The following bills were presented and on motion, allowed: <br /> Perry Clute, street work $ 29.43 <br /> Jos. Pherault, street work $ .75 <br /> D.R. Houlton, street grade $188.00 <br /> <br />The Recorder was authorized to draw the latter bill in two orders of $175.12 and $12.88 each <br />respectively, the latter amount being for freight and to be made payable to M.J.
