The facility will be used for minor repairs to the fleet (not open to the public), which <br />includes oil changes, replacing tires, changing brakes, minor se <br />detailing. There will be no heavy motor overhauls or outside storage. The site will provide outdoor <br />parking for 28 company delivery trucks. <br />
