Resolution No. 99- <br /> <br />Overview <br /> <br />The applicant is proposing to plat 16.29 acres into one residential lot and an <br />outlot. The residential lot will be 2.5 acres, the outlot will be 13.35 acres and <br />.44 acres will be plated as part of the right-of-way for Meadowvale Road <br />(County Road 32). There is an existing house on the property; it will be <br />located on the residential lot (Lot 1).
