We are now <br />authorized to advance the project to the bidding stage. Therefore, we have attached a draft <br />resolution for the City Council's consideration which approves the plans and specifications and <br />orders the advertisement for bids. We have tentatively set April 6, 1999, as the bid date. Bids <br />could then be available to present to the City Council at your meeting on April 12, 1999, at <br />which time you could proceed to an assessment hearing in May. <br /> <br />If you have any questions regarding this issue, I will be in attendance at your March 8, 1999, <br />City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Howard R.
