These design standards prohibit the use of pre-cast concrete panels in the <br /> • construction of buildings within the Business Park District. During the last workshop <br /> discussion the Commission did state that they would consider a revision to these standards if <br /> the developer could provide examples from other communities which allow the use of pre- <br /> cast panels in combination with other building materials. <br /> Brookstone Development will be providing a short video presentation of buildings <br /> constructed in other communities using pre-cast concrete panels. These are buildings similar <br /> to what is being proposed for the East Business Park.
