Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,the meeting of the Elk River Parks and <br /> Recreation Commission was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chair Anderson. <br /> 2. Consider 7/8/15 Agenda <br /> 410 Mr. Hecker added Item 7.1 American Flags in city parks. <br /> Moved by Commissioner Ahlness and seconded by Commissioner Kallemeyn <br /> to approve the July 8,2015, Parks and Recreation Commission meeting <br /> agenda with added agenda item. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> 3.1 Consider June 10, 2015 Regular PRC Minutes <br /> Moved by Commissioner Ahlness and seconded by Commissioner Kallemeyn <br /> to approve the following June 10,2015 Parks and Recreation Commission <br /> Minutes. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> 4. Open Forum -None <br /> 5. Park/Program Highlight <br /> Mr. Benoit shared a presentation regarding the new Kick off to Summer free family <br /> event held in June. <br /> 6. Renaming of Big Tooth Ridge Park <br /> Mr. Hecker presented his staff report. <br /> Moved by Commissioner Ahlness and seconded by Commissioner Nystrom <br />
