As you <br />may recall the revised policy was drafted by a consultant with final review by <br />a city attorney. The policy has now been in use for several months, and staff <br />recently discovered that one of the eligible uses of sick leave was~ <br />inadvertently deleted from the sick leave section of the new policy. <br /> <br />Attached is a corrected copy of the sick leave policy, which includes the same <br />eligible uses that were in the previous personnel policy. The fifth bullet was <br />inadvertently deleted from the revised personnel policy, and this error was <br />not caught during review prior to adoption of the new policy. <br /> <br />Action Requested <br /> <br />The City Council is asked to approve the corrected sick leave section of the <br />city's personnel policy as attached. <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
