We interviewed two individuals <br />and are recommending that the City Council consider hiring Clarissa L. Christian McDonald <br />to fill this position. Ms. Christian McDonald is available to start work on Tuesday, June 22, <br />2004. <br /> <br />Clarissa is a third year student with William Mitchell Law School and expects to graduate in <br />May 2005. She is a certified student attorney and has previous work experience as a law clerk <br />with the Ramsey County Public Defender's Office and Tubman Family Alliance in <br />Minneapolis. She is available to ~vork 20 hours per week at a salary of $13.00 per hour, with <br />75% of her salary to be paid by the Federal Work Study grant through William Mitchell. The <br />remainder of her salary will come from forfeiture funds. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />It is recommended that the City Council hire Clarissa L.
