City of <br /> Elk <br /> River <br /> Councilmember Westgard introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> adoption: <br /> Resolution I S-29 <br /> A Resolution of the City of Elk River Acknowledging Contributions <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and <br /> individuals for their contributions to the community;and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received a $1,505 donation from Elk River Youth <br /> Lacrosse Association with the intent it be used by Parks and Recreation for auxiliary tank <br /> with attachments to paint athletic field lines.. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council,by at least four-fifths <br /> vote, to acknowledge the support and commend Elk River Youth Lacrosse Association for <br /> their donation. <br /> The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> Burandt , and upon vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Mayor Dietz, Councilmembers Olsen, Westward, Burandt, and Wagner <br /> and the following against: none ,whereupon said <br /> resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> The following members were present: Mayor John J.
