When staff discussed the 2000 Police Reserve <br />budget, a pay increase to $10.75 per hour was proposed. The reserve~ have <br />been paid $10.00 per hour for the last several years. Reserves are paid only for <br />the Sherburne County Fair and the Forth of July Celebration. Most of the <br />hours worked by the reserves are volunteer hours with no compensation. <br /> <br />Action Requested <br /> <br />The City Council is asked to consider increasing police reserve pay to $10.75 <br />per hour for 2000. <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
