Land Use Cases <br /> 1. Park in Trott Brook Farms <br /> Work has shut down in Trott Brook Farms for the winter. Previously in this agenda <br /> the Commission reviewed the concept plan. <br /> 2. Status of Charest Mississippi Parcel <br /> . The City has been in court the week of January 31, 2000 with Mr. Charest. A jury <br /> trial was ordered after a deal could not be negotiated. Simultaneously, the City is <br /> working on condemnation of the property. <br /> 3. Business Park Subdivision: Mulvaney Point <br /> Staff is currently reviewing Mulvaney Point, a 21.59-acre subdivision located in the <br /> northeast corner of County Roads 12 and 13. There are no park issues relating to <br /> this subdivision, fees will be collected at a rate of$2,000 per acre ($43,180). <br /> 4. Administrative Subdivision:Allen <br /> The City Council approved an Administrative Subdivision for Mr. Allen, 17575 <br /> Fillmore Street. The approval created one new lot; $1400 will be added to the park <br /> dedication fund. <br /> B. Park/Trail Developments <br /> 1.
