Land Use Cases <br /> 1. Park in Trott Brook Farms <br /> Work has shut down in Trott Brook Farms for the winter. At the February meeting, <br /> we will review the concept plan for the park and determine what should be bid out <br /> for spring construction. <br /> • 2. Status of Charest Mississippi Parcel <br /> There has been no change in the status of this item since the December meeting. <br /> B. Park/Trail Developments <br /> 1. Andover Snowmobile Regulations <br /> Per the Commission's direction at their December meeting, I contacted Richard <br /> Fursman, City Manager for Andover regarding the new snowmobile regulations for <br /> that City. The regulations ban snowmobiles on all City streets, and on property <br /> south of County Road 20 except for private property and lakes. This essentially <br /> bans snowmobiles in the south half of the City of Andover. <br /> 2. Woodland Trails Park Woodpile <br /> Please refer to the attached letter from Steve Wensman. <br /> 3. Community Recreation <br /> Please refer to the attached memo for information. <br /> 4.
