This project will include a mix of single family lots and townhouse units. <br />Most of the project area was included in the PUD for Trott Brook Farms, which was <br />approved by the City Council on August 17,1998. The preliminary plat for Marshes of Trott <br />Brook Farms was approved by the Council on May 22, 2002. <br /> <br /> <br />
