We received 11 applicants, of which few were experienced. We <br />intervie~ved 6 applicants and called one in for a second intervie~v. <br /> <br />Ryan Winter stood out among all interviewed. Ryan is currently employed at the Wastewater <br />Treatment Facility in Stewartville, Minnesota. He has been employed there for 16 months as <br />an operator. He displayed his knowledge and experience during the f~rst and second <br />interview. <br /> <br />Action Requested <br />I am recommending the hiring of Ryan Winter, as a Wastewater Operator, contingent upon <br />driver's license background check and drug and alcohol screening.
